We take six super-rich kids in their twenties who have never worked, and pair them up with six poor kids with a strong work ethic.

Both the rich and the poor sneer at the others’ life style but both have something to prove. To prove it they need to become team players.

Each week they will do a test overseen by a mentor. It will involve hard work and skill. Will the rich kids' education bring them to the fore? Will they get out of bed in time? Will the poor kids get over their prejudices?

At the end of each episode the mentor will send one pair packing. To win the pairs need to overcome their mindset and learn to work together
